MAGMA LAnd - FILM & TV production

Magma Land was founded in 2009. We are committed to collaborations across organisations, as well as developing talent - also within digital innovation, and we have extensive experience with international projects. Magma Land by Mette-Ann aims to develop a unique and personal approach to narratives on film, TV and digital. Aside from having had a hand in many film titles, also in my work as a leading subject teacher for the documentary department in the years 2005-2009 at the Danish Film School, we have helped found the SEIN web magazine (https://seinmag.dk/oplev), which is a digital magazine created for and by young people. For a number of years, Mette-Ann was acting festival director for the BUFF International Film Festival in Sweden, and helped to double the audience for the festival. In 1999, she founded Barok Film together with film director Anne Wivel, where she, among other things, co-produced award-winning films by Max Kestner and Anne Wivel.

Today Mette-Ann, as the primary force in Magma Land, works in close collaboration with directors and other companies in the industry, both as a producer, director and creative consultant on projects that cover a wide spectrum from art to targeted communication. It is important to us that all projects are presented with high quality and a strong personal expression.
